MTSO Cohort

The Hub4Innovation Field Education Cohort at MTSO is a year-long learning community designed to help students expand their leadership skills in pastoral settings. The cohort is intended for MTSO students currently engaged in field education, providing collaborative and supportive opportunities that enhance the content of the field education class.

Participants are empowered to lead effectively in a changing ministry field. Through gatherings, coaching, and conversation with denominational and ministry leaders, students will explore curiosity, adaptive leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation in fruitful ministry.

This cohort is designed for students called to the local church, new church starts, non-profit leadership, community engagement, and the unknown, designed to help students dream boldly, dare faithfully, and disrupt creatively for the sake of the Gospel.

This cohort is supported by a very generous grant from the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry, providing the funding for a total of three cohorts. We have just completed the 2025-2026 cohort, and look forward to our next incoming 2026-2027 class!
