The Hub:
Where we dream, dare, and disrupt…
Leaders. Speakers. Entrepreneurs. Visionaries.
Leaders. Speakers. Entrepreneurs. Visionaries.
This is the Hub4Innovation
In 2023, Matt Rawle and Rachel Billups joined forces to create a space where leaders are given the permission to experiment and innovate. As young pastors leading church congregations, they oftentimes found themselves struggling to break free of the barriers of traditional church standards.
They found their voices, though, and they found empowerment from the ministry leaders that went before them.
So, with their years of experience and combined blend of skills and vision, Matt and Rachel developed the Hub4Innovation.
The Vision
To help you see failure as fuel for the future…
No one gets innovation and experimentation right the first time. Failure is inevitable. The key is to have the space to fail. The key is to have space to take bold risks instead of getting stuck playing it safe.
And that is precisely what the Hub4Innovation is…
The Hub is where we have permission to play. It’s where we stop overthinking, trust our gut, and take the action. It’s where we align ourselves with what’s next–not being stagnant with what’s right now.
It’s where we fearlessly ask the question, “What if?”
But
How?
How does the Hub4Innovation create that safe space for leaders to think outside of the box and move their teams, communities, ministries, and companies forward?
The Hub4Innovation offers a variety of different opportunities for you to collaboratively work with Matt and Rachel.
They will help you unlock the vision that you’ve kept stifled and hidden away, opening the door to the full potential that you have as an individual, as well as the potential of your team. More importantly, though, they will provide you with the tools you need to not only dream, but to take action and make your dream a reality.
No more blindly throwing ideas at the wall, hoping they’ll stick. After collaborating and obtaining guidance from the Hub4Innovation, you will be able to go from visualization to actualization.
